CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation of registrations received by the Organising Secretariat by 30 May 2008 are fully refunded less an administrative fee of Euros 50.00. After this date, no refunds shall be recognised. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat. Refunds will only be made at the end of the meeting. Change of names on registration can be made up to 10 June 2008.

Brindisi-Casale International Airport has daily flights to most major Italian and European cities. The airport is about 15 km from Mesagne (Tenuta Moreno).

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
All registered attendees will receive an Attendance Certificate at the end of the meeting.
EXHIBITION
A technical and scientific exhibition will be held at the congress venue.
CME ACCREDITATION
Procedures to have the meeting registered with the Department of Continuing Medical Education at the Ministry of Health to enable the assignment of CME credits have been activated. CME credit certificates are given to attendees belonging to one of the accreditated professions who must effectively participate in the complete educational programme and pass a knowledge achievement test. The number of credits cannot be reduced or divided.
